Lean train from supply to line
TADESAN has recently implemented the LEAN Sourcing TRAIN, which allows to manage material flows required for each process in the plant in an effective way.
Since the beginning of the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing management model , TADESAN has been applying the 5S principles in the plant, standardizing processes that lead to a correct and efficient operation of the different processes based on the 5 key principles:
