Tadesan owns 41 highly modern injection molding machines with clamping forces from 30 to 800 tons. They are supported with vision systems and fully automatic robots.

With full 3D programs, the direct acquisition of data and simulations allow a clear prediction about the final product.
Therefore Tadesan has its own measurement and quality department with the most effective equipment to ensure products of excellent quality. Our measurements machines are equipped with 3D programs to compare the parts with CAD data.
Since its creation, 25 years ago, Tadesan has carried out many experiments with new materials in order to provide customers with a better know-how and quality.
The wide range of raw material with which Tadesan is working offers an important expertise to the needs and wishes of the customer.
Raw materials are automatically supplied by a central drying and underground supply station, to avoid any influence on the materials. Our main processes use the following raw materials: PA, PBT, PPA, PP, ABS, POM.
