By investing in resources, TADESAN offers a wide range of machinery to meet its customers’ needs.

TADESAN has plastic injection molding machines (1K and 2K) with clamping forces ranging from 50 to 800 tons.

The machines are fully automated with extraction robots, machine vision cameras, and other peripheries that reduce production costs and minimize delivery times while ensuring quality.

TADESAN offers the option of developing new projects and incorporating existing tools transferred by its customers. It has extensive experience to support the company with the necessary support to restart production.

Part of the quality process is carried out in the Metrology Department led by qualified people who use the most modern methods of measurement that allows extracting 3D information and CAD comparison.

TADESAN offers the service of evaluation by means of Computed Tomography for inspection and measurement with X-Ray, with the creation of CAD for subsequent analysis. It provides its customers with results they can rely on, reducing analysis times and with a clear view of the possible existing effects.

-Measure and inspect lightweight plastic or metal components in 3D.

-High precision through CAD comparison.

-Preparation of dimensional reports and various studies
